Summer Workshop

Following a huge response and participation in the activities conducted by Young Engineers in past few months inside IITK, we have decided to conduct a four day summer workshop series at IIT Kanpur from June 4th to June 7th which would be open to the students outside IIT Kanpur. These workshops would be supported by many alumnus and final year students who have a lot of experience and knowledge to share. The workshop covers many areas and provides a deep insight into different upcoming technologies in those areas. An applicant is allowed to choose his area of interest. The workshop will be followed by many interesting projects through which one can learn the application of those technologies.

About Us

Young Engineers is a large active group at IIT Kanpur comprising of dedicated students learning new technologies and solving real world problems posed by industry or academia. Young Engineers aims at the concept of learning through experimentation and experience. Young Engineers group has explored and learnt some very latest technologies and has also developed products like Mobile calculator, Touch screen applications for Mobile phones and "Stock Trading Software" for "Mayhem" used in annual business festival of IIT Kanpur "Megabucks" 2008. Apart from this there are many mobile games developed by our team. Young Engineers group has received many projects from industries and academia in past few months.
